UPDATE -- Etchison Family Fundraisers

ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY-- Family friends and several non-profits are reaching out to help a family move forward after a fatal fire.

Darrel Etchison Junior died in this fire on November 15th.
His mother and sister barely escaped with their lives.

This Sunday, December 2nd from Noon to 2pm,  friends are hosting a bake sale in the 500 block of 3rd street, Altoona to raise money for the family.

Clothing is being collected at Darrel's school, Curtin Pre-School Learning Express at 2914 West Chestnut Avenue, Altoona.

An account has been set up for the Etchison family to collect donations to help with funeral costs and living costs to help the family who had no insurance.  

Money is being accepted for the family benefit fund at the M & T Bank on Pleasant Valley Boulevard in Altoona. The account is in the name of Brandy and Darrel Etchison Senior.
