Two People Die in Interstate Crash

WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA - Two people died and a man is behind bars after an interstate crash near Pittsburgh.

Police say a tractor trailer crossed a median and hit a car coming the other way on Route 70 in Washington County. Two women in the car were killed. They were from Hughesville, Maryland.

Police charged the driver of the tractor, Yevgeniy Bugreyev, with two counts of Homicide by Vehicle. He's being held on a million dollar bond.
