Tyrone Boy Loses Hard Fought Battle With Cancer

TYRONE, BLAIR COUNTY -- A 9-year old Tyrone boy lost his more than 2 year battle with cancer Saturday.  Adam Fink, a fourth grader, was battling rhabdomyosarcoma.  It was his second bout with cancer.

Adam would have turned 10 on Sunday.

The Blair County community rallied around him. Close to 900 people attended a fundraiser, held by the Kiwanis Club, in March. 

His viewing is 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm Tuesday at Feller Memorial Home in Tyrone.

A funeral service will also be held there at 10 am on Wednesday.
