The Northern Bedford School District's Dance-a-Thon includes students in grades 6-12. It is similar to Penn State's famous THON event.  The money raised goes to the American Cancer Society via the Cove Relay for Life.  In the first 3 years of doing this, more than $25,000 was raised.

The event is April 5,  beginning at 9:00 p.m.  As a part of this year's competition we are also doing a Bald is Beautiful promotion where select students and staff have volunteered to have their head shaved based on monetary votes.
