Children from Blair and surrounding counties are invited to participate in a special Easter Egg Hunt to benefit Children's Miracle Network at Geisinger.

The event scheduled for Saturday, March 31, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on the lawn of Altoona's Baker Mansion. Children will be treated to a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny, face-painting and light refreshments. Parents are invited to participate in a special basket raffle to be held at the event.

Tickets are $5 per child. A rain date for the Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Sunday, April 1.

The funds raised by this event will help to provide pediatric equipment, programs and services at Janet Weis Children's Hospital and throughout Geisinger Health System.
