Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

1 cup Mango pulp (available at an Indian Grocery store, or you can buy Mango's and create your own pulp)

1 cups plain yogurt

4 Tbsp sugar

2 cups milk

1 cups crushed ice

Preparation: In a blender, add the mango pulp, yogurt, milk sugar and blend well for about 1 minute. Add the crushed ice and pour into a tall glass and serve chilled.
