Ingredients for the Dry Pork Rub
They are roughly equal parts--but you can adjust for your taste
- Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Onion Powder
- Course Black Pepper
- Brown Sugar
- Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- Liquid Smoke
For this recipe we used an 8lb pork roast. Kevin recommends cooking the roast for 45 minutes per pound. After the pork is cooked, shred with a fork. Serve on a toasted bun with Cole slaw topping.
