breaking news
Joey is heading into 5th grade this fall at Clearfield Middle School.
We headed to Mabels food stand to learn how to make those world-famous potato swirls.
Joey had an interest in learning how to cook.
"Because I want to learn how to make my own food when Im an adult."
First he learned about turnign aplain potato into a beautiful potato swirl.
This 10-year old was a quick study. Next it was to the fryer.
Joey would enjoy the company of a Big Brother to play video games and more.
He tells me hed like to, "Go for walks and play."
Soon it was time to scoop up the fries and eat them.
We asked for an official taste test and Joey responded, "100% yummy fries."
