MOXHAM, CAMBRIA COUNTY - A convicted felon finds himself back behind bars. 

A routine parole check  for Gerald Carr led to the discovery of 90 bags of heroin, he had labeled the drugs "AK-47's". 

The 31 year old was taken into custody Friday at this home on Cypress Avenue in the city's Moxham neighborhood.

His state parole officer discovered a scaled and called in the US Marshals and city police for back up. 

Police also recovered a gun inside of the home, Carr was convicted of aggravated assaulted in 2000.
