STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - In an effort to get a new trial, Jerry Sandusky's attorneys have requested a hearing.
They want what's called an evidentiary hearing. They plan to present testimony and exhibits that show Sandusky's right's to due process were violated.
Joe Amendola says he wasn't given enough time to prepare an adequate defense. He expects the hearing will last no more than 2 hours. There's no word if the hearing will be granted or when it may happen.
