Man Waives Child Porn Hearing

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- A Johnstown man will go to trial on for more than 30 counts of child porn.

Coty Melendez waived his preliminary hearing Thursday.  An assistant district attorney said the 22- year old had graphic and violent imagines of child sex crimes on his computer.

The investigation started when State Police in Punxsutawney said they came across Melendez's computer address.  He is out on $25,000 unsecured bond.
