"Weigh to Go!" Week 3: Breaking Through Roadblocks

So, Dan McKenna, from the YMCA of Centre County is here to talk us through some of the popular roadblocks.
Dan says some of the most popular excuses are, "I don't know how to get started", "I don't have time for exercise," "Exercise is boring," and "I haven't lost any weight so far." Watch the video to see how Dan suggests you break past these roadblocks and continue on your way to fitness!
After three weeks of exercising, the "Weigh to Go" participants have lost a total of 712 pounds, and have logged 139,937 minutes of physical activity.
Team CPAL isn't doing too bad either. We're down eight pounds, and have logged a total of 3,460 Activity Minutes.
