Temperatures will be cold this evening and to start Saturday, so shadow or not, Phil will be cold as many communities will be in the single digits and a few near or below zero in the morning.
Sunshine will make an appearance Saturday, but will be replaced by periods of light snow in the afternoon. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 20s with winds diminishing through the day. The snow will stay through the evening and into Sunday, with the Laurel Highlands receiving the most snow while some communities may only receive a dusting.
Snow will taper off Sunday and we'll have some flurries Monday with temperatures both days in the mid to upper 20s. We will have low temperatures Monday and Tuesday morning in the teens.
A weak disturbance will move through Tuesday, warming us to near freezing and bringing some rain or snow showers.
