SOMERSET, SOMERSET COUNTY - A Somerset County man faces charges of abusing a corpse.

State police charged Michael Moore that, Tampering with Evidence, and Intimidating a Witness Monday.

Frankie Sass went missing last Wednesday, and Sunday police found his body in his truck in Somerset Borough.

The Somerset Daily American is reporting court documents say Sass died in Moore's home and Moore and two other people moved the body into Sass's truck.

Those are misdemeanor charges, and police don't think there was any foul play in Sass's death.
