Morning Forecast December 31st

Today some early sun will be followed by increasing afternoon clouds as a system approaches,then passes to our south for tonight into tomorrow.  Highs today will be in the low 30s.  Some light snow showers will start to filter into the western parts of the region by late in the afternoon.

Tonight we'll have light snow showers and flurries.  There could be a coating to an inch or so accumulation in the north or western ridges.  Lows will average in the mid 20s. 

Tomorrow, as the disturbance passes off to our southeast, we could see a few light scattered snow showers or flurries around (especially in southern zones).  Highs will be in the low 30s.

Wednesday an area of high pressure moves in to provide us with a mixture of clouds and sunshine.  Highs will be in the mid 20s. 

Thursday we may have some early sun then late day clouds will move in.  Highs will be in the upper 20s to around 30.
