Richard Martinez Sentenced

CENTRE COUNTY - The Centre County man convicted of robbing and threatening to kill 4 boys will remain in prison.

Richard Martinez will spend between 8 to 16 years in prison as part of his sentence handed down on Tuesday 13^th November.

In September, Martinez pleaded no contest to all charges, including robbery and aggravated assault.

Back in may, the 19 year old from State College attacked the 4 boys as they were hiking on Centre Hall mountain.
