MEYERSDALE, SOMERSET COUNTY - An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday, related to Sunday's discovery of human remains. State Police have now identified the remains as missing Somerset County teen Justine Jackson.  Jackson was last seen in September near Meyersdale.  Authorities confirm Jackson was strangled, then buried in a shallow grave near a hiking trail.

An arrest warrant for Jonathan Beal has been issued.  A criminal complaint says Beal made numerous statements to people that he killed and buried Jackson near the trail, and also has a violent history toward women.  The relationship between Beal and the victim was not released, but family members say Justine told them she was pregnant with his child.
