ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Girl Scout Troop 46476 will be collecting gently worn sweaters and new socks for patients at local nursing home here in Blair County.
The Girl Scouts put up donation boxes at Fiore True-Value Hardware, Mallow's Hardware, Slinky Action Zone, Pleasant Valley Bowling Center, Imler's Poultry and Blair Candy Company.
The boxes will be up the whole month of November.
