LOGAN TOWNSHIP - You don't have to leave the area to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy. Workers at the Old Navy store in Altoona are collecting food, water, blankets and clothing for people in New Jersey who have been affected by the storm. The store's operations manager is from Atlantic City, and has friends working at the Atlantic City High School. The damage has left many in need.
