HARRISBURG - All state liquor stores will remain closed Tuesday to assess damage from "superstorm" Sandy.

Several hundred, mostly in the Philadelphia area, did not open Monday and the rest shut down early.

Tuesday's closure affects more than 600 stores.

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board said PA Wine & Spirits locations will reopen on Wednesday, Oct. 31.
