They suggest drivers leave earlier so they are not stuck behind a bus.
Shawn Houck of Penndot explains when drivers are stuck behind buses they become frustrated.
"A lot of people become aggressive drivers because they get frustrated that there are bus stops taking place" he said.
Bill Beam, a bus driver in the Punxsutawney District adds aggressive drivers make driving a bus downtown difficult.
"You are worried about the safety of the students and you don't want an accident to occur. There are some fears that you always have in the back of your mind. Things could happen" he said.
He also says the biggest issue is people running the red lights on the bus stop signs.
If a motorist is caught running the lights he or she risks a $250 fine, a 60 day license suspension and 5 points on their license.
"They need to remember those yellow and black buses are carrying our most precious commodity - our children" said Houck
