Murder Suspect Fights Extradition

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Marquis Neal- the accused gunman in a Johnstown homicide will not waive his extradition back to Cambria County.  The district attorney signed papers to obtain a governors warrant for his release.

Neal was arrested March 6, 2012 during a traffic stop in New Jersey.  He's currently in the Camden County Jail. 

The 30-year old allegedly shot and killed J-Quan Lewis back on October 1, 2011 in Oakhurst homes.

Neal and his co-defendant Anthony Harvey took off after the shooting.  Harvey was arrested a few months ago and will head to trial.
