Little Lions Prepare for PIAA State Playoffs

STATE COLLEGE, PA. -- Several area teams are preparing for the first round of the PIAA state basketball playoffs this weekend, including the State College Little Lions.

The District 6-9 Class AAAA champions will face District 7 runner-up Pittsburgh Central Catholic at Altoona High School at 6 p.m. on Saturday.

After winning their fourth district title in five years, the Little Lions hope to advance further than their first round exit last season.
