Stage Five of the Tour De Toona took world-class cyclists on a 76.8 mile jaunt through the Blair County countryside around Martinsburg, with the start-finish line at Memorial Park.

In the pro men's category, Karl Menzies from Team Healthnet took his second stage win with a time of 2:43:50.  Menzies retains the overall lead.

Kori Seahoffer from Team Lipton still has the women's yellow jersey with an 8th place finish in the Martinsburg Road Race.  Her teammate, Lauren Franges won the stage in 2:26;33.

Tomorrow's sixth stage may be the toughest of the week, a 92.9 mile road race around Blair County.  It includes a climb up Blue Knob Mountain.  The start-finish line will be located at the Jaffa Shrine.  The men depart at 8am, and the women follow at 8:10am.

The Tour De Toona concludes Sunday with the Downtown Criterium through the streets of in-town Altoona.
