Child Pornography Charges

ST. MARYS, ELK COUNTY - An area man is accused of possessing child pornography.
Court documents show 35 year old Donald Blessel of Saint Marys is charged with 311 counts of having child pornography.
Blessel allegedly shared the files with the State Police Computer Crime Lab.
He is in the Elk County Jail.
