JEFFERSON COUNTY - The home of Punxsutawney Phil is in for a makeover.  According to the Punxsutawney Spirit on Saturday the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club Inner Circle broke ground on a new entrance to Gobbler's Knob.  The Inner Circle say an arch will be built to highlight the entrance to the home of the furry weather forecaster.  The design of the arch was paid for with a $4,500 Pennsylvania Wilds Grant.  Every year several thousand people flock to see if Punxsutawney Phil see's its own shadow.
