Blood Supplies Lowest in 15 Years

Blood supplies in our region are at their lowest level in 15 years and there's an emergency need for all blood types.

The Altoona Donation Center at 415 Orchard Plaza, (behind Eat 'n' Park) is open Tuesdays from  noon to 6pm.  

For more information on upcoming blood drives, call 1-800-Red Cross or go to www.redcrossblood.org.

All donors can enter a weekly drawing for a $ 500 gift certificate.
