Area Wrestlers Win State Crown

HERSHEY, PA. -- Three Class AA area wrestlers earned state titles at the PIAA Individual Wrestling Championships in Hershey on Saturday afternoon.
North Star's Nick Roberts (120 lbs.) and Richland's John Rizzo (220) each won their third state titles while Juniata's Zach Beitz took home the gold at 145.
Cody Law out of Forest Hills lost in the final at 160.
In the Class AAA finals on Saturday night, Brian Brill from Central Mountain at 160 and Josh Duplin from Westmont-Hilltop at 285 both suffered defeats in their quests for state titles.
