Updated Friday Morning, March 8th
Reported by Meteorologist Regina Miller

Today an upper level disturbance sitting over the northeast will start to push off the coast.  In it's wake, high pressure will move in.  We'll have early clouds and flurries breaking for some afternoon sun.  There will be a brisk northwesterly wind gusting from 20-30 mph.  Temperatures will be in the upper 30s.

Tonight skies clear out, and winds diminish.  Low temperatures will drop into the low to mid 20s.  Tomorrow, after a cold start, temps will warm up dramatically under bright, blue skies.  Highs will get into the low 50s in areas to the southeast.  Northwestern zones will be in the upper 40s.

Sunday warmer air sticks around.  Sun may give way to clouds late.  Highs will be in the low to mid 50s.  Showers are possible overnight.  On monday there is a chance for some showers.

Either next Tuesday or Wednesday a front will move across the region to bring a period of rain.
