2012's Storm-Based Warnings

Compared to 2011, last year was relatively quiet for tornadoes. In 2011, nearly 1,900 tornadoes were reported in the United States with around 1,700 confirmed. Among those storms were six EF5 tornadoes and a total of 553 tornado fatalities. Last year only had 1,072 tornadoes with around 920 confirmed. There were no EF5 tornadoes, but four EF4 tornadoes and 68 fatalities.

A YouTube user compiled the tornado warnings and severe storm events and created a montage of them. The video is short, almost too short for my liking, but quickly shows where the highest concentration of storms was this year.
