(Pittsburgh) - The Steelers were back their southside practice facility on Wednesday. Currently 3 point underdogs to the Green Bay Packers, the AFC champs continue to focus on the February 6th game and not look at the early distractions.
The Packers had the harder road to Super Bowl XLV, being the NFC's 6th seed, while the Steelers won the AFC North and had the first round bye.
There was also a Maurkice Pouncey sighting at the facility Wednesday, and it doesn't look like Pouncey's early prediction of playing in Super Bowl XLV, after suffering a high ankle sprain, is going to hold up. Pouncey was seen on crutches, and in a full, hard cast, and not a walking boot. Pouncey suffered the injury on the Steelers opening drive against the Jets.
2nd year pro, Doug Legursky replaced Pouncey, and continues to take 1st team snaps.
