Their biggest worry is the estimated 250 trash trucks a day getting off the interchange which is exit 120 now on Interstate 80 and making their way down Route 153.

They worry too about the impact the proposed landfill will have on tourism.
Those that agree with the commissioners wore their emotions on their sleeve in the form of a "no dump" sticker. They worry about the effect it could have on their water, the effect it will have on the roadways and worry about the amount of accidents the amount of traffic could cause.
The other side stated the job opportunities the landfill would create are too much to ignore. Plus, the township will receive money from having the landfill.
Furthermore, those people in favor of the landfill said
The biggest point of the evening came from a man who is an engineer and has built a landfill. He explained digging the landfill could be a fatal mistake for in his research he found fault lines where they wish to dig.
The DEP made no decisions throughout the night and said they will personally answer each question posed in the testimony.
