People Expect to be Charged in Cheerleader Fall Party

STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - State College police say multiple people are expected to be charged in connection to a party that lead to a Penn State cheerleader falling from a five story building.

That's According to the CDT.  Back in October, 19 year old Paige Raque fell 39 feet from the window of a building in State College.  She suffered serious brain and hip injuries.

Police say foul play is not believed to have taken place.  But they say a number of minors were drinking alcohol.

Police expect charges to filed by the middle of January.
