ALTOONA - Two million Pennsylvania home owners and employers are now shopping for the best electric rates.
The State's Public Utility Commission celebrated that milestone Monday at the Wolf Furniture in Mechanicsburg.
That number shows how many people saved money by shopping for a competitive rate from among the many electric suppliers in our state.
