HOLLIDAYSBURG, BLAIR COUNTY - One of the two former off-duty Altoona Police Officers charged in a high profile bar fight has agreed to enter a guilty plea.

Presiding Judge Timothy Sullivan has scheduled the guilty plea by defendant Eric Kriner to take place on Thursday, December 20th.  Kriner is expected to plead guilty on an "open plea" with his sentence to be determined later.

The criminal trial of his co-defendant, Duane Eichenlaub, has been scheduled to take place in late January.   Both of the  former Altoona City Officers were  charged  with assault after a brawl at Pellegrine's lounge back in 2010.
