Somerset Man gets 3 to 6 Years in Prison for Robbery

CAMBRIA COUNTY - A Berlin man will serve 3 to 6 years in state prison. Joshua Foy pleaded guilty to robbing a woman outside the First National Bank on Main Street in Somerset. The 30 year old grabbed the victim's purse and took off back on July 9^th. Foy didn't get very far, two brothers heard the victim's screams and wrestled him to the ground. Foy was also ordered to pay costs and restitution.
