The coupon 2.0 experiment is over.
Here's how Carolyn Donaldson learned a great deal about saving money.

A number of viewers provided great websites including one Facebook Coupon Savings Group whose members are really saving some bucks!

This group isn't only here to eat at the Ally Popper's in Houtzdale. They've come armed ready to share ---- not only food ---  but coupons.

According to Lisa Komidar, "There's coupons that I might use that somebody else has but they won't use them and vice versa."

And when we say coupons --- we are literally talking hundreds, thousands of coupons.

Lisa Komidar is part of a Facebook coupon sharing group with 258 members.

They gather in person too to share ideas on how to same money.

Jeffrey Rodgers says it's fun.
"Sometimes you get excited. The adreneline of finding a good deal. Some people get happy. Some people like me get over-excited.  Couponing's kind of like a drug."

Rodgers is only 18 and what some may call an extreme couponer.  He says he coupons for for his family saving $10,000 a year.
He devotes about 30 hours a week to his "couponing job".

These groups - mainly on-line - help streamline all the websites, deals, flyers and in-store promotions -- and for Komidor and others it works.
Komidor says, "When you can walk into your house with a full trunk load of groceries - for the same amount that you were paying for three bags of groceries - you definitely get a high from that shopping trip."

"On average when I am really into the couponing stage, I spend about one hour a week  and it usually sames me anywhere form $20 to 80 - in groceries, so it's like paying myself $80 an hour," she adds.

There is also a  super blogger site called "You Saved How Much?"  that is written by a local woman in Fulton County.
