BETHLEHEM, LEHIGH COUNTY - A former graduate student in Pennsylvania is suing her school over a bad grade. Megan Thode filed suit against Lehigh University over the C+ she was given in a chemistry course in 2009.

Thode says the grade prevented her from continuing in her program of study. The lawsuit accuses the school of sexual discrimination and breach of contract.

Thode is seeking $1.3 million in damages. The school says it evaluates students fairly and accurately.
