DUBOIS, CLEARFIELD COUNTY - The most popular resolution is to lose weight. The challenge has more people signing up to be part of the YMCA.
"It increases of course because of resolutions" said Dan Dowling, President of DuBois YMCA.
The New Year helped bring in more clients for a new business in DuBois.
"I wondered how resolutions would help because people want to exercise more come January and it really has helped. It's made a big difference" said Allison Ball, Owner of Metta Yoga.
Ball has had to add new classes.
"The New Year has brought us a daily class and something to offer everyday" she said.
The question is will it stay this way past January.
"People are really finding that they like it and enjoy it. It's providing stress relief they"re sleeping better and so I think they will stick with it" said Ball.
Some people have already found themselves off pace.
"We like to counsel them and continue with their resolution and maybe try something different and try something different to shake up their workout" said Dowling.
There is plenty of time in 2013 to get back on track.
