A kidnapping plot in eastern Pennsylvania ended with an arrest this week, all thanks, police say, to a parking ticket.
76 year old John Felder is accused of buying flowers from a florist, then posed as a delivery man.  When the intended target opened the front door, police say Felder tried to use a tazer, but failed.  A parking ticket the suspect received while at the flower shop was used to link him to the crime. An arrest warrant was issued and he was taken into custody by Florida officials when trying to purchase a gun.
