HARRISBURG -- Graham Spanier, Tim Curley and Gary Schultz will next be in Dauphin County court Thursday, December 13th for their preliminary hearing.

Prosecutors said the three conspired to cover-up Sandusky's abuse of children.  All three were arraigned earlier this month and are free on bail.
