Aaron Fisher's speaking in front of friends, family, and neighbors for the first time since the Jerry Sandusky trial...

"Many of you know me as victim one; uh my name is Aaron...When my Endeavour began, I never imagined how it would turn out, the fear and shame that's associated with sexual abuse, can ruin someone, and I hope that I can help other victims to have a voice."

Fisher is speaking against school bullying as well. Fisher's mom Dawn Daniels says her son was bullied to the point he had to transfer.

"Our children go to school to learn, we entrust our students to the schools and they have let us down."

Fisher says he's also disappointed with how the Keystone Central School District responded.

"The school was supposed to keep me safe, they were supposed to help me through this, but even when I was bullied, after people found out who I was, they did nothing."

Fisher says it's not just the abusers and bullies who deserve blame.

"The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on it and do nothing."

Dylan Green and Brendon Freidman have been friends with Aaron since elementary school. They said they had no idea Fisher was victim one, and even though it's been a crazy year, they say he's the same old Aaron.

"He doesn't say much about it, he's that type of kid that doesn't let that stuff get to him, get to his head... Were proud of him"

Now that Fisher's spoken up for himself, he says he wants to speak up for others.

"All other victims out there, they now have a voice."

Many of the folks that came out today were wearing these ribbons,  the blue ones for child abuse, the purple for bullying, which was the entire point of the rally, to make sure the tragic things that happened to Aaron Fisher, formally known as victim number one, never happen again.

Fisher's also written a book titled "Silent No More", it'll have tips on how people can report abuse.
