INDIANA, INDIANA COUNTY--- State Police filed charges against Noah Byler for selling Shaun Fairman a gun illegally.

Fairman bought the gun from Byler just hours before he shot and killed his father in-law Richard Shotts.

The 32- year old was prohibited from purchasing any firearms because of a PFA placed against him from his wife.
