Saint Francis University's Dorothy Day Center will host its annual FunFest carnival fundraiser to raise funds for their emergency financial assistance program. The children's carnival will take place on Saturday, April 21 on the Loretto campus in the Stokes Athletics Center's auxiliary gym from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The carnival will have music, food, games and inflatable rides for children. Admission to the carnival is $8.00; guests will receive 25 tickets. All rides and booths cost one ticket unless otherwise marked. Anyone who brings canned food, hygiene products, or a monetary donation will receive ten extra event tickets.

The Dorothy Day Center's emergency financial assistance program helps families pay for heat, rent and utilities. In addition to financial assistance, The Dorothy Day Center also collects food, clothing, furniture and basic household items for local families in need. For more information about the event or how to make a contribution to the Dorothy Day Center, please contact 814-472-2832.
