PSU Beats 19th Ranked Wisconsin, 38-7

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) - Rodney Kinlaw ran for 115 yards and a
touchdown, Anthony Morelli threw for 216 yards and another score
and Penn State capitalized on mistake-prone Wisconsin in a
surprisingly easy 38-7 win over the 19th-ranked Badgers. Both teams
are 5-and-2.
Just last week the Badgers were ranked fifth and had aspirations
for a national title. Now, they've lost two straight and are
struggling. Wisconsin's season-long woes on defense continued and
their offense was held to a season-low point total.
Penn State fans chanted "Overrated!" with five minutes left
and the game well in hand.
