Penn State advances to NIT Finals

The Penn State Nittany Lions continued their magical run on the hardwood Tuesday Night at Madison Square Garden beating Notre Dame 67-59 to advance to the NIT Finals. Talor Battle scored 17 points, Senior Jamelle Cornley added 15 and Andrew Jones had a career high 16 points with 15 rebounds in the victory. The victory moves the Nittany Lions to (26-11) the most in school history for a season. Penn State will play Baylor for the NIT Championship on Thursday night.
