Homeless Man Charged In Theft

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Johnstown Police charged Jose Willaquer Thursday night for stealing another man's debit card.

Police said the 21-year old stole the victim's card out of his wallet while he was staying at the Towne Manor Hotel in the city.  Willaquer took more than $500 out of the bank account.  Police were able to use surveillance video to identify him, he's in the Cambria County Jail on $10,000.
