CENTER TOWNSHIP, INDIANA COUNTY - An Indiana County man was killed over weekend after getting hit by a tree branch.

It happened on some farmland off of Anthony Road in Center Township, Indiana County.

30 year old Jason Drew was cutting a large branch off a tree when the chainsaw became stuck.

Drew and his uncle attempted to get the chainsaw unstuck when the branch snapped and hit Drew in the head.

The Indiana County Coroner Mike Baker says Drew died from blunt force trauma to the head.

The death has been ruled accidental.
