MOUNT CARMEL, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY - A Pennsylvania girl was suspended for threatening a classmate with a hello kitty bubble gun, and now her family is considering a lawsuit.

The five year old girl was suspended from kindergarten in Mount Carmel, Northumberland County. The girl allegedly told a classmate she was going to shoot him and herself with the toy gun that fires bubbles. She didn't have it with her at the time.

Mount Carmel's superintendent refused to comment because of confidentiality issues.

That is completely asinine. A five year old. Superintendent is apparently inept.
