Man Walks into Train

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY - A man was taken to the hospital with a severed foot after he was struck by a train. 

The man may have been on his phone when he stepped into the path of the CSX train.

Police say the incident happened around 1PM on Friday on Ferndale Avenue near the Johnstown Line.
